Parsley was one of the Gardeners who met the Thirteenth Doctor and Team TARDIS on Tellus IV. Parsley was also known under Latin name Petroselinum crispum.
Parsley had a bushy face.
Parsley was secretly a follower of Nightshade. When the Thirteenth Doctor and Team TARDIS arrived on Tellus IV, he reported this, enabling Nightshade to ambush them. However, his betrayal was not rewarded because the Doctor and her companions managed to get away. Nightshade consigned Parsley to the compost heap. (PROSE: The Secret in Vault 13)
