Reece Goff was the great nephew of Margaret Travers, and through marriage Edward Travers. He born in the 1950s to Vernon Goff and his wife, and his grandparents were Sebastian & Kathleen Goff. (PROSE: Night of the Intelligence)
By 1974 he was officially the carer for Edward Travers. He mentioned to Allison Williams that she was unique in being able to calm Travers as only Anne Travers (Reece's second cousin) was the only other person. He became agitated when Travers wanted to commune with the Great Intelligence. He was attacked by the possessed Travers. After the Intelligence was defeated, he promised to take Allison to dinner and went to a secret facility with his uncle. (AUDIO: Time of the Intelligence)
