Penarth Marina

Penarth Marina, or Penarth Quay, was a marina in Penarth. There was a security office on site, and users of the marina required a security fob and pin number. It was located across the road from the Old Custom House.
A yacht belonging to Steffan's uncle was docked at the marina, from where Steffan and a group of his friends took it out into Cardiff Bay. (PROSE: Bay of the Dead)
