Vinter

Professor Vinter was a German scientist who had studied most of the Earth's active volcanos. He had been arrested for arson by Tom Streeter.

He was in league with the Fire People and Vinter strove to have the Fire People rule the Earth. He burned down Streeter's house as an act of revenge. He later tried to kill the Third Doctor when the Doctor started investigating, but Vinter was defeated and arrested. (COMIC: Trial of Fire)
