Nagara was a Silurian scientist who lived millions of years ago when his species was dominant on the planet Earth.

In that time, he had devoted his time to study the primitive ape-like creatures that were evolving on their world. His aim was to see the development of mammalian species at the zoological research center where he worked alongside Guruz. They later demonstrated their findings of showing captive apes attempting to force pre-Human apes to lear as well as display intelligence. Despite the demonstration, Velk was unimpressed and more concerned about the call to the hibernation chambers when it was learnt that a foreign body was on a collision course with their planet.

His most prized specimen was Kin who was the leader of the apes and strangles Guruz in response to another beating. Seeking a development in intelligence, Nagara forsaw that the creatures would become sufficiently intelligent to the point that they could be bred as servants to labour in the Silurian factories. He later returned to set the Apes free believing that they would thank him for the discipline he had offered them. After accepting a woven head band like Kin, he learnt that his third eye was blocked and thus he was powerless allowing the Apes to attack him and enact their revenge for their brutal captivity.
