- 21st November - Bowie Base One, the first long-term human outpost on Mars is destroyed 17 months into its mission, due to an attempted invasion by The Flood which forces commanding officer Captain Adelaide Brooke to trigger a nuclear self-destruct advice. Brooke, along with crewmember Yuri Kerenski and Mia Bennett, are rescued by the Doctor, who violates the Laws of Time in doing so, as the destruction of Bowie Base One is a fixed point in time. Although Kerenski and Bennett return to their lives on Earth, Brooke commits suicide soon after being returned to Earth. (DW: The Waters of Mars)
- At some point after 21st November, Yuri Kerenski and Mia Bennett talk to the media about their escape from Mars, which results in media attention being given to the Doctor as an almost "mythical" individual. (DW: The Waters of Mars)

- Rani Chandra, now the mad woman of Bannerman Road, tells the story of how she met Eve to Adam Lloyd. He overwrites this version of history. (SJA: The Mad Woman in the Attic).
- Prior to the Doctor's interference, Earth history recorded that Bowie Base One was destroyed on Mars on 21st November with the loss of all hands, including Captain Adelaide Brooke, Yuri Kerenski and Mia Bennett.
