In 2009, a traffic warden approached Donna Noble's car as she and Shaun Temple put away their Christmas shopping. She angrily warned him "Don't you touch this car!". Somewhat intimidated, the traffic warden quickly left.
The Tenth Doctor watched the scene unfold from inside a café, and pointed out to Wilfred Mott that "she's not changed". (TV: The End of Time)
