Sharna

Sharna was the matriarch of the Arunde. She controlled and protected the tribe. She detected the Doctor's TARDIS when it landed, and thought that it was an omen. She was affected by the psychic trauma of the TARDIS. Fula helped her recover.
She realised that there was a dark mind which could threaten her people as well as the First Doctor. She later communed with Ian Chesterton. The TARDIS had opened her mind and made her stronger. She found out that Gark had killed her mother. She went into Jospa's mind and killed him with the help of the rest of the Arunde. She gave the Arunde back their seeing stones.
