Two security guards on the Twist in the 40th century were chasing after Jakob, trying to arrest him for the murder of Idra Panatar. The Twelfth Doctor and Hattie Munroe, thinking Jakob was innocent, helped Jakob evade the guards, who eventually followed them to Central Power Park. After the Doctor, Hattie and Jakob escaped, the guards encountered a Foxkin, shooting it dead. The guards later caught Jakob and arrested him. (COMIC: The Twist)
