Mister Dread

Mister Dread was an android created by Dreamland to stop people from realising the truth about the Gray aliens and Viperox. He tracked down the Doctor, Cassie Rice and Jimmy Stalkingwolf and was killed by Night Eagle. He managed to rebuild himself and retrieve the 'ionic fusion device', bringing it back to Dreamland, where he was destroyed by the Sonic screwdriver. (DW: Dreamland)
