Adrian Parish was an animatronic designer for Millennium FX.

He worked on at least the Doctor Who television story Time Heist, alongside assistant Matt MacMurray. Parish and MacMurray created the mechanics for the Teller, allowing the creature's eyestalks to open, close and retract.[1]
