Control was a Human leader in the war with the Mantasphids. He recived a report from Kelvin, before planning to bomb the catacombs. He then recieved a video from Doctor Vile, saying that he tricked the Mantasphid Queen into starting the war. He then called the bombing off. (DW: The Infinite Quest)
