Bratheen Traloor was a big screen actor in his younger days, and became a recluse. He was an amateur archaeologist and invited Bernice Summerfield via Irving Braxiatel at the Braxiatel Collection. His house was more like a small village rather than a mansion. He saved Benny when she fell off a cliff. After 16 years of being reclusive, he was a competent cook. According to Adrian Wall, he was tall, handsome and a grade A fruitcake. He had an unhealthy obsession with Bernice — he had all her lectures recorded and pictures of her on every wall.
