Charles Goodall and his son ran a print shop in London in 1861. After the repeal of the Paper Tax, they were very busy. Unlike other print shops, they had plenty of ink, supplied by Mary Prout. In December 1861, the Third Doctor and Sarah Jane Smith were visiting the print shop when Mary brought word of the Prince Consort's death. (PROSE: The Lampblack Wars)
