Collabria was a planet.
Wanting to investigate a series of murders, the Twelfth Doctor left Clara behind in Glasgow to get her some coffee from the Intergalactic Coffee Roasting Station. There, the Doctor made conversation with a mutant called 78351 in the queue and then realised that, in a previous incarnation, he had saved 78351 and others like him from a laboratory on Collabria.
