Major Jonn Cartor was the captain of the Earth Colony Support Vessel Hannibal.

When Ambassador Greene ordered him to send robots to kill all the Tyrenians, he guiltily carried out the order. Unable to bear the shame of being the cause of their genocide, he committed suicide. (PROSE: The Colony of Lies)
