Lucia Moretti

Lucia Moretti (18 June 1945 - 23 November 2006) was an Italian Torchwood agent and the lover of fellow agent Captain Jack Harkness. Lucia and Jack had one daughter, Alice. She retired in 1977 and put Alice in a protection programme (application approved on 14 February 1977), upon which Alice became known as Alice Sangster; Alice subsequently married Joe Carter and gave birth to Lucia's grandson, Steven.
