The Lord Predator ruled Raxacoricofallapatorius and governed the Grand Council.

When the Slitheen family bribed their way into power and became the rulers of Raxacoricofallapatorius some time before the 21st century, one of them was the Lord Predator before they were overthrown. After the Slitheen were overthrown, the Blathereen family took over, with one of them as Lord Predator. (TV: The Gift)
In the year 34600, Haralto Wong Bopz Wim-Waldon Arlene was the Lord Predator when Raxacoricofallapatorius, along with many other alien races, fought in the Platonic War against the human race. However he died shortly after this. (PROSE: The Slitheen Excursion)
