Millicent Belanger III was Robert Buchan's fiancé. She was a biochemist and was the head of the Pharmaceutical arm of Bert Buchan's company. She planned an invasion of the Viyran ship to obtain their virus cures. After the Viyrans were rebooted, she became their human liaison officer. (AUDIO: The Viyran Solution)
