Osefa de Palabra Hftzbrn was a Professor of Lexicology. She knew of the Sixth Doctor. She apparently killed herself though the Doctor thought it wasn't suicide. The Doctor managed to use here memories to find out what happened and made her a Hologlyph. (AUDIO: ...ish)
