The Plutonic Republic of Technosapien Enhanced Cultures, commonly abbreviated PROTEC and also known as the Plutoid Republic, was the government founded on Pluto, Eris, Haumea, and their sister planetoids after the cymbiont uprising and the departure of the Company. Sojourner Hooper-Agogô was elected its first president. It was headquartered in a massive glass ziggurat in Pluto's capitol city, Hades.
