A security guard was in charge of protecting Windsor Castle. In 1988, the Seventh Doctor and Ace were caught trying to break in and were brought before the guard. He did not believe the Doctor's claim that he had "travelled through time and space" to get there and had them both thrown out. (TV: Silver Nemesis)
