Shadrak worked at the Blood Bank. She tried to tell the Sycorax chief that they couldn't get into the vault. She decided to bypass the dating rules of Pharma Corps and go on a date with Zanzibar Hashtag.
She was then killed by a Sycorax defending Zanzibar and the Seventh Doctor. (AUDIO: Harvest of the Sycorax)
