Shaun was part of a team of psychical investigators that included Mike Yates. They investigated a country house that, unknown to them, was owned by the Doctor and built over a time fissure, which was the cause of the phenomena they observed while staying in the house. They encountered Template:Frontier, and Shaun was one of the survivors. (PROSE: Housewarming)
