Warwick Montfort was a friend and colleague of Edward Grainger.
In September 1986, Warwick was assigned to find a mole in the intelligence department. He deciphered a message that he believed would lead him to the mole. However, the Sixth Doctor and Evelyn Smythe informed him that he had incorrectly decoded the message. (PROSE: Old Boys)
