The Ninth Galactic System was a cosmic location millions of light-years from the Mutter's Spiral. Between 3500 and 4000, the Daleks gained control of over seventy planets there. (TV: Mission to the Unknown)

In the novelisation of Mission to the Unknown, the Ninth Galactic System is replaced by the Andromeda Galaxy.
