Hugh Walters (2 March 1939-13 February 2015[1]) appeared in several Doctor Who television stories: as William Shakespeare in The Chase, Runcible in The Deadly Assassin, and Vogel in Revelation of the Daleks. He also played Roderick Allingham in the Big Finish Doctor Who audio story The Fearmonger.
