Gary Gilbert, who was sometimes credited as Glib, was a designer for Doctor Who Classic Comics. He was also the letterer for the comic stories Seaside Rendezvous and the graphic novel Abslom Daak - Dalek Killer, [1] as well as some issues of The Incomplete Death's Head.
