Junie was the aunt to Malcolm.

Susan Foreman would babysit Malcolm every Saturday until Junie arrived on 4 April 1963, after the Cold had been taken to Pluto and Junie came to stay with Malcolm's family, meaning Susan was not needed anymore. (PROSE: Time and Relative)
