Incidentally, does anyone have a source for that oft-reproduced quote by Russell Davies about “viewers not caring about Zogs from the planet Zog”? It seems rather likely to me that any and all use of "the planet Zog" in subsequent Doctor Who fiction are highly likely to be in-jokes referring to that comment, so surely a Behind the scenes section tracing its history would be warranted.
