Dunqulah

Dunqulah was a city in Sudan. In the ninth century, it was ruled by the Black Guardian, who had become stranded there due to the effects of the decaying segments of the Key to Time. During this time, Dunqulah had to pay tribute to Caliph Al-Mutawakkil of the Caliphate of Baghdad. Arabic was spoken there. (AUDIO: The Destroyer of Delights)
