Bunnoids were the robot servants of the Lapinos, resembling bunny rabbits with laser beams in its ears. The Doctor encountered Bunnoids on an alien planet, where he was forced to provide a play for their master to free his companions Vicki and Steven Taylor. (ST: Planet of the Bunnoids)
