The Visionary was a Time Lady who predicted the events of the last day of the Last Great Time War. She was seen at a Time Lord meeting arranged by The Narrator during the war, foretelling that Gallifrey would burn as she wrote strange Time Lord symbols onto a piece of paper with an ink pen.
