British Association for the Advancement of Science

The British Association for the Advancement of Science was, according to the Fourth Doctor, the "most vulgar building in London". It was run by scholars. The building had Doric columns, Byzantine domes and Egyptian reliefs all together, to the Doctor's dismay.

Upon discovering that both Charles Wheatstone and his home no longer existed in 1852, the Doctor brought Ann Kelso to visit the British Association for the Advancement of Science, but found that it, too, had disappeared from history. (AUDIO: The Enchantress of Numbers)
