Highness was the leader of Guria at the time of the Second Great Dalek Occupation. He laughed when he got nervous and was almost exterminated because of this. He revelled in annoying the Daleks. When the Earth Alliance attacked Guria, he was exterminated to try to stop the rebels. (AUDIO: The Human Factor)
