Wheel of Contract

The Wheel of Contract was a location on Byulna, and was where the Byulnian Kappaban grew up. Kappaban's father was one of the place's ambassadors, and knew everyone there. The only people Kappaban saw in his childhood were the children of the other ambassadors there. (AUDIO: 1963: Fanfare for the Common Men)
