Howling:The Master's Fate in the End of Time
Is it worth noting the similarities between the Master's fate in the End of Time and what would have been his death in the Third Doctor finale had Roger Delgado not died.
In the intended Third Doctor finale the Master would have died in such a way that it was possible he was sacrificing himself to save the Doctor.
This could be a coincedence or Russell T Davies could have done this deliberately.TemporalSpleen 13:05, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
To be honest with you, I don't think we've seen the last of the Master. We don't know where he went, dead, into the Time War with Rassilon, another part of space, another dimension, who knows? I just doubt he's truly dead. Zach Schmidt 21:00, January 2, 2010 (UTC)
- The Master appeared to vanish in the same way as the Time Lords, meaning he presumably went back into the LGTW with them. Which he, unlike them, survived. So, no big deal, right?
- The problem is, the last remnant of his, used to bring him back this last time, was the ring, which is now gone. How will they bring him back next time? My guess is that enough of an "imprint" of The Master was left in every human being that (if SM wants to bring him back), someone will be able to recreate him from that (possibly together the the shards of the white point star diamond). --99.157.75.211 03:27, January 3, 2010 (UTC)

- Keep in mind that the Master - and, indeed, many characters in Doctor Who history - have seemingly died for good only to return in a future episode. The Master has done this tons of times. --Ben Paddon 05:58, January 3, 2010 (UTC)
