The Vaults

The Vaults were a location on the Time Lords' homeworld of Gallifrey.

They were abandoned areas of the old Capitol which were home to power couplings, water reservoirs and one fluctuating access point to the Matrix. It is said among legends that the dying scream of Imperiatrix Pandora can be heard where she eternally screams for revenge. (BFA: Lies)

Generally, as the show went on, the doctor  more and more told his companions about the vaults, such as :

'After a long day in the tardis, theres nothing more I liked that going and getting OFFF MY FUCKKINNN HEADD IN THE VAULTS'

'There was always some ho's who would suck my dick for a dollar down that whore house'

'We had some good times watching midgets cage fighting in their....'

'What happened in the vaults stayed in the vaults, i.e, lots and lots of anal sex'
