Rad-etheric magniscopes were one of the many items of advanced Dalek technology present on the average Dalek flying saucer during the reign of the Golden Emperor.

Function

The rad-etheric magniscopes were an advanced form of telescope which utilised light ions in the ether to "see". When directed properly, they could be used to see what was happening on the surface of planets even one million miles away with astonishing precision; one would have been able to read the fine print in a book. The images were transmitted on a three-dimensional screen. (NOTVALID: Inside a Skaro Saucer)

History

The Golden Emperor once used a rad-etheric magniscope to observe Piccadilly Circus, in London, on Earth.

At this time, rad-etheric magniscopes were known to humans, who included them in an informative brochure about the technology at the disposal of their Dalek enemies. (NOTVALID: Inside a Skaro Saucer)
