Josh Biggs was a youth on every Penylan parent's "forbidden list". He was a friend of Danny Wilkinson.
Josh and Danny watched an ambulance crew carry a near-dead old woman out of the front door of Jackson Leaves - a large detached house in Penylan.
A couple of weeks before Danny's death, Josh was caught selling weed in the playground of St Teilo's.
