The Rani's TARDIS
The Rani's TARDIS was a comparatively advanced TARDIS (when compared with the Doctor's model). It had a functional chameleon circuit.

History
The Rani could control her TARDIS via a Stattenheim remote control that she wore on her belt when not in use and was also able to kill those on whom she had experimented. (DW: The Mark of the Rani)

When she visited the town of Killingworth, the Rani's TARDIS resembled a large cabinet with a motif on the door which resembled those on some of the interior walls of its console room. The Rani had put tyrannosaurus rex embryos in her console room at this point as she had some experiments ongoing with them. The Rani also stored her equipment for extracting brain fluid in the console room as well as various bottles of chemicals and the metamorphosing mines which she would use to set a trap for the Doctor. The console of the Rani's TARDIS was black, circular and domed in shape and in place of a central column had a moving metal work similar to a kinetic motion toy but on a larger scale. The console also utilised interfacing controls as well as just buttons and switches and had a holographic scanner which popped up from the main console. The walls of the console room were of a dark marble appearance with large opaque roundels. At the conclusion of the story The Doctor sabotaged her ship, making it impossible to control after she dematerialised. The resulting acceleration of her TARDIS also caused time spillage which made the dinosaur embryos grow and mature. The Rani and her (at this point only marginal) ally the Master found themselves in a TARDIS spinning out of control. (DW: The Mark of the Rani)
The Rani survived and is next encountered by The Doctor on the planet Lakertya, where her TARDIS was in the form of a pyramid. Only one room of the interior is seen in this story, a large hall with triangular corridors leading from it in two directions, retaining the marble effect walls from the previously seen interior in The Mark of the Rani. (DW: Time and the Rani) It is not clear whether or not this is the same TARDIS seen in The Mark of the Rani due to the changes in the exterior and interior appearance.
Apocrypha
Later, the Rani's TARDIS was the same as the Doctor's but in black instead of white. (DW: Dimensions in Time)
The Rani's TARDIS lost its primary console room when the Master separated it from the rest of the ship in order to escape from the acceleration caused by the Doctor's sabotage in The Mark of the Rani. (MA: State of Change)
