Time Lord

the time lords, come from the planet gallifrey. they were given the power and machinery to travel through both time and space, in their TARDISes (Time Abd Relative Dimentions In Space). the TARDIS is linked to the time lord telepathicly, and is a living creature.

the time lords were given the policy to not interfere with time and the universe. it is simply that they observe and act whenever it is absolutely nessasary. many time lords ( including the doctor)

the time lords, although resembles a human bean, is somewhat different. they have two hearts, which when one is destroyed, the other will still function. hence allowing the time lords to live with one punctured heart ( Managra). they can withstand conditions that could harm or kill a human being. they also have the ability to regenerate once their current body is worn out, fatally wounded or if nessasary.
