A Ward Hygiene Certificate was required for one to do medtech work at Kaldor City Hospital. A fee was required, as was an assessment by a third-party specialist. SV66 informed Liv Chenka that she could not work at the hospital due to her certificate having expired. (AUDIO: The Robots of Life)
