Lawnier was a "tall, shark-headed beast" with black battle armour and a "meaty hand". He paid 200,000 Ohms for an idea from Dracksil Forg's ideas shop. This plan was eventually stopped by the Twelfth Doctor. (AUDIO: The Best-Laid Plans)
Behind the scenes
It is never clarified whether the "meaty hand" that pushes a cheque across the counter is actually a limb of Lawnier's, or one he just owns and uses for odd tasks.
