Kane owned Tranquility Spa. She was Bella's mother, and walked out on her family when Bella was a child. (TV: Orphan 55).

When Dregs attacked the spa, Kane stayed behind with Bella to fight them, giving the Thirteenth Doctor, Graham O'Brien, Ryan Sinclair, Yasmin Khan, Nevi and Sylas time to escape. (TV: Orphan 55 (TV story)).
