Pantophobia

Pantophobia was the fear of everything. The Eleventh Doctor suggested that one could mistake it for a fear of pants, though as he noted, since pantophobia was a fear of everything, it would undoubtedly include pants. George was an apparent sufferer of the disorder. (TV: Night Terrors)

The writers got their terms wrong. Pantophobia is actually the absence of all fear. Panphobia is the fear of everything. The two conditions are opposites of each other.
