Eutenoyar was an important figure from Gallifreyan history. Shortly before the War on Romana III's Gallifrey, superstitious Gallifreyan youths fell into cults devoted to Eutenoyar and to another founder, Apeiron. (PROSE: The Ancestor Cell)
