The Sicari were an assassin species created in the heart of the Last Great Time War, like "diamonds from pressure". (AUDIO: Hostiles)

They were not a natural race, instead containing genetic material and cybernetic enhancments of races affected by the war and formed The Sicari Collective. (AUDIO: Assassins)
