Norman Hartley (died 19 February[1] or 20 February 2020, aged 89[2]) appeared in two Doctor Who television stories: as Ulf in The Time Meddler and Sergeant Peters in The Invasion.
Hartley was frequently cast by Douglas Camfield in series such as Detective, Out of the Unknown and Paul Temple; Camfield had cast Hartley in The Time Meddler and The Invasion.
