Ballast

A member of the Slitheen family, upon putting on a skin suit made from R. Asquith, felt that the compression gave him a "little ballast round the middle", which was alleviated when he let off a loud fart. Giving out a relieved groan, he noted "oh, that's better!" (TV: Aliens of London)
